St. Pete Brasserie looking to expand to second location
Barely a month has passed since he stared down the prospect of shutting the doors at St. Pete Brasserie, but proprietor Andrew “Wilko” Wilkins says that plans for a second location, likely at a spot he has scoped out on Belcher Road, are moving forward — rapidly.
Wilko tells Saint Petersblog that the second location will be an even more intimate version of the Central Avenue restaurant, appropriately named Le Petit Brasserie.
Or is that La Petite Brasserie?
Either way, Tampa Bay foodies are eager to see what the next stage is for Wilko and his beloved brasserie.
