R. Jai Gillum and her husband — Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum — have welcomed another member to their family, announcing the birth of baby Davis Allen Gillum. Davis, born Monday night at 8 pounds, 3 ounces, is the Gillum’s third child, joining three-year-old twins Jackson and Caroline.
