Magic take FSU’s Jonathan Isaac with first round pick

The Orlando Magic have chosen Florida State forward Jonathan Isaac with their first-round pick in the NBA Draft. Some pundits thought Orlando would go with shooting guard Malik Monk  of Kentucky, but Isaac brings many attributes that can make him a star in the league. Magic overcome 18-point deficit to earn first win

For the second straight game the Orlando Magic came back from a huge deficit on the road. Unlike Saturday’s effort that came up just short in Cleveland, Orlando defeated the Philadelphia 76ers 103-101 at the Wells Fargo Center. To earn their first win of the season, and the first for Frank Vogel as Orlando’s coach, the Magic had to come all the way back from an 18-point deficit to secure their first victory.
