Former state Rep. Jim Frishe reported another solid month of campaign fundraising. The 66-year-old, one of two GOP candidates officially running for Pinellas County’s property appraiser, collected $3,700 in contributions for the month of August, bringing his campaign’s total donation amount up to $23,765. Frishe’s only competition for the Pinellas property appraiser position, 48-year-old Republican Mike Twitty, held a roughly 150-person fundraiser late last month, but has yet to submit his August finance report to the Supervisor of Elections.
