$219,951 disappears from St. Pete's City Hall with no explanation

It was boom time in St. Pete. We were building everything from hotels to cell towers. The permitting process was a mess, the big guys with the money were calling City hall and raising hell about the time and the cost.

Staff struggled to follow the rules, but once the back door through the administration was open it was the wild west.
