Significant other? Children? Grand kids?

I am married to Abe and our son is Cole.

In 25 words or less, explain what you do.

To the best of my ability, I represent my clients’ issues before state and local government, always working toward the best possible outcome for them.

Without using the words Democrat, Independent or Republican, conservative or liberal, describe your political persuasion.

Balanced.

If you have one, what is your motto?

Do not ask God to guide your footsteps if you are unwilling to move your feet.

Three favorite charities.

No Kid Hungry

ASPCA

St. Jude’s

 Any last-day-of-Session traditions?

I exchange heels for flip-flops and drive home!

What are you most looking forward to during the 2013 Legislative Session.

Being successful for our clients.

If you could have another lobbyist’s client list, it would be…

I am sincere when I say that I really love our clients.

Professional accomplishment of which you are most proud?

I am most proud of being nine months pregnant during Session.

Lobbyists are often accused of wearing Gucci loafers; do you own a pair of Gucci loafers? If not, why not?

I do not.  I prefer (not Gucci) heels.

Who is your favorite Florida Capitol Press Corp reporter and why?

I’m from Tampa so I’m partial to those from the Tampa Bay Times, The Tampa Tribune and Bay News 9.  I’m still pretty impressed with Troy Kinsey’s impersonation of Charlie Crist.

Other than SaintPetersBlog.com, your reading list includes…

During these months in Tallahassee, it gets limited to LobbyTools, political blogs and information on issues.

What swear word do you use most often?

My Mom might read this.  I don’t swear.

What is your most treasured possession?

Do people count?  If so, then I have a pretty adorable son I would consider the biggest treasure ever.

The best hotel in Florida is…

The Fontainebleau.

You’ve just learned that you will be hosting a morning talk show about Florida politics. Who are the first four guests you’d invite to appear?

My first guest would be Senator Denise Grimsley.  I am completely impressed by her and her time in the Legislature – she makes me proud to be a female in this process!

Favorite movie.

GoodFellas, History of the World: Part 1 and Father of the Bride.

Before the ‘gift ban’, what was your favorite restaurant in Tallahassee? What is your favorite today?

I am a ‘Nole.  Before and after the gift ban, my favorite restaurant in Tallahassee will always be Gordo’s.

When you pig out, what do you eat?

Pizza.

If you could have dinner with a historical figure no longer living, who would it be?

Audrey Hepburn.  I have been inspired by many aspects of her life, from challenges in her childhood and career to her love for her children and her work with UNICEF.  I think I could learn a lot from a dinner with her.
