A note about Rick Scott’s administration…

In case you are keeping score at home, Governor Rick Scott — you know, the candidate who promised to run state government like a business — is still without a Lieutenant Governor, has an interim chief at the Department of Family and Children (perhaps the most important arm of state government) and, after Tony Bennett steps down today, will be on his fourth Education Commissioner in three years (h/t to Aaron Sharockman for that tidbit).

The Governor’s re-election mantra is “It’s Working.”

Actually, Florida’ state government does not seem to be.
