Governor Rick Scott announced an innovative way to fund public education today in his budget plan.

Many Floridians are concerned that Florida rests near the bottom in spending for K-12 education, teacher salaries, SAT scores, and high school graduation rates. Last year, Scott cut education funding by 8%. His poll numbers plummeted.
