Jeff Greene, the Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate, received the endorsement of Florida state Rep. Joseph Abruzzo (D-85). The two will appear tonight at the Mid-County Democratic Club meeting in Royal Palm Beach.
“Jeff Greene is the leader Florida needs. He is a proven jobs creator, won’t be beholden to the special interests and will get real results,” said Rep. Abruzzo. “I urge Florida voters to join me in voting for Democrat Jeff Greene for U.S. Senate.”
“I’m honored to have the support of Representative Abruzzo, who shares my vision for an economically vibrant Florida,” said Greene. “I will continue to work hard to earn the support of Florida voters that want a senator that will be on their side. I will not take any special interest or PAC money and will only be beholden to the people of Florida,” added Greene.
