Alright candidates, you’ve had a week, get your campaign signs down!

Driving along Fourth Street this morning , I noticed this patch of weeds, err, campaign signs.

Notice the one from Jack Day — he won re-election last Tuesday and won’t be on the general election ballot. There’s also a sign for School Board candidate Corey Givens, who lost.

Day and Givens are two examples of the many candidates who won’t be on the ballot in November.

It’s been a week, candidates. Unless you are on the general election ballot, your campaign signs need to be cleaned from our streets.
