Another birthday for a great friend

If I squint my eyes hard enough, I can look back and see my first day of 2nd grade Gifted class. It was way back then that I met my first girl (space) friend…the spectacular Sharon Rasponi. For over 20 years now, Sharon and I have been friends. First in our Gifted class, then at Holy Family, next at Northeast and throughout our college years. Throughout it all, Sharon has been close by. And best of all, she has been my partner in crime on a few trips to see Dave Matthews Band. Sharon, by the way, is a real alpha girl. She’s got a great job and has a great eye for finance. But she can also party balls when she wants. For some time now, she has been a fitness guru, molding what was already a nice body into something that deserves to be shaped out of marble. Sharon’s having a party at Sangria’s tonight. Come wish her a nice one on her day.
