Yesterday, I received a letter from the Florida Elections Commission stating that the FEC believe my complaints against Scott Wagman for putting up these kind of Google ads:
are legally sufficient and have offerred Wagman’s campaign the opportunity to agree to a consent order, pay the fine and fix the ads or appeal the decision (FEC 09-160).
This is just the latest example of Mr. Houghton-Wagman’s disregard for the norms of electioneering. Just yesterday, Wagman’s campaign was caught placing signs in the city’s right-of-ways.
