For the third time this week, a federal court in Florida has issued a ruling in favor of the ACLU in its ongoing legal battle against the anti-civil liberties campaign of Governor Rick Scott.

Today, Judge Ungaro of the US District Court, Southern District of Florida, ruled that ACLU of Florida client American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Council 79 had standing to challenge Governor Scott
