Rowdies stars announced for St. Pete Chamber’s annual lunch

The St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce has announced which players will be on hand for the group’s annual Rowdies Lunch. Bike share program heads to City Council for up or down vote

St. Pete City Council will decide whether or not to approve funding for a proposed bike share program. During a workshop Thursday approved via straw poll scheduling full City Council approval. A St. Petersburg transgender woman wants to have her birth certificate changed to reflect her identity as a woman. Brandi Michele Branson, known previously as Michael Leslie Branson, underwent gender reassignment surgery in September. The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority is outperforming the national transit industry in customer satisfaction by 20 points. Pinellas County’s public transit agency released results from a recent customer satisfaction survey of more than 500 riders after a board meeting Wednesday.
