A Madeira Beach restaurant is suing British Petroleum, the oil company behind the infamous 2010 Deepwater Horizon Gulf oil spill, for breach of contract. The City of St. Pete is suing four surviving children of a deceased homeowner in midtown St. Pete for rights to foreclose on the home owned by the late Viola Hall. Tampa Bay Times sues tenant for $90,000 in unpaid rent

The Tampa Bay Times is trying to get its hands on nearly $90,000 owed for rental space. The Times has been renting part of its Ashley Drive building in Tampa to Southeastern Document Services for several years.
