Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections Deborah Clark has posted the vote by mail numbers for the St. Petersburg Special Referendum election Tuesday, May 2. As of Monday morning, of the 66,840 mail ballots sent, just over 26 percent – 18,072 – have returned.
