Life and politics from the Sunshine State's best city

Back at the keyboard (my op-ed in the Democrat)

in Peter by

It’s been more than four years since I last submitted a piece for publication. Any regular reader of this blog knows why. So it’s rather satisfying to see my name in print again — and not for any reason linked to a police report. Here’s the op-ed I wrote in today’s Tallahassee Democrat on the state of the economy and one of my suggestions on how to make things better for the working class.

Seriously, I have a better feeling inside me, as far as my writing is concerned, than almost any other point in my career. It’s not Infinite Jest mind you, but it’s another step in the right direction.

Of course, I welcome your feedback on the piece. Email me at saintpeter4@gmail.com
