If I had to name a second favorite chef, the answer undoubtedly would be Zach Gross at Z Grille. A Beard Award nominee, Zach is about as good as it gets in Tampa Bay. Yet, what’s cool about Zach is how non-plussed he is about how good his food is. He’s disarmingly laid back, yet don’t let his non-chalance fool you. He kicks ass in — and out of — the kitchen.
If you haven’t had a chance to sample Zach’s innovative fare, Tuesday night’s Beer Dinner might be the perfect opportunity to do so. The dinner will feature four Lagunitias beers: an IPA, a Pillsner, the limited-edition Brown Sugga (not availible for sale in this market), and Cappachino Stout. Ron Lindenbuch will be at the dinner to talk about his beers and give out some cool stuff.
