Bill Church of Oregon's Statesman Journal taking exec. editor's job at Sarasota Herald Tribune

Bill Church of Oregon’s Statesman Journal is taking the executive editor’s job at the Sarasota Herald Tribune, according to his Twitter feed.

He’ll be joining former Tallahassee Democrat Publisher Pat Dorsey, who went to that Halifax Media Group daily in October.

Church has been the Oregon daily’s editor since June 2006.
