It is a Breaking Down Barriers GOTV event at the Zion Hope church on Edgewood Avenue West.
This will be the former Presidentās first campaign related appearance in Jacksonville this election season. He was here last a few months back for a Clinton Foundation event. However, daughter Chelsea Clinton was in town last week.
