’bout time: Florida Dems put out statement celebrating MLK Day

It took them until 4:10 p.m. — eight hours after the Florida GOP — but the Florida Democratic Party has put out a statement celebrating MLK Day:

Because of you President Obama was sworn in for a second term today.

On Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, we reflect on the progress of our great nation and the tremendous work ahead. Dr. King’s important work continues today — let’s help the President finish what he started. 

Here’s to the next four years of progress and prosperity for us all.
