Jim Greer is dropping his lawsuit against the Republican Party of Florida, Senator John Thrasher, and former Senator Mike Haridopolos, as part of his plea deal with the state. 

Greer had sued for $124,000 in what he says was promised severance pay, along with $5 million in punitive damages.
