A Texas man who recently relocated to Florida is suing over a rare wristwatch stolen and turning up at a Tampa pawn shop. In late 2016, Edward C. Bailey moved into a $750K third-floor condo at the Parkshore Plaza high-rise on St. Petersburg’s tony Beach Drive.
