A lawsuit in California is hitting the East Coast, attempting to retrieve money owed from a court settlement. LBA Realty from Irvine, California, won a suit against a former tenant, Attracta Inc., which now owed $405,147 based on the court judgment. However, LBA has yet to receive all the payment.
