Charlie Crist to focus on Florida innovation at Miami campaign stop today

Democratic gubernatorial nominee Charlie Crist is campaigning today in South Florida, where he will tour of an innovative business community in downtown Miami.

Crist will visit Pipeline Brickell, touted as a workspace for entrepreneurs, small companies, and start-ups seeking room to expand. Offering private offices, dedicated desks, full time and part time flex-spaces, and virtual offices, Pipeline clients are encouraged to cooperate and share ideas.

The former governor will meet with the co-founders of Pipeline, and talk with some of the entrepreneurs there who are developing Florida businesses.

Afterward, Crist will hold a press conference at 2 p.m., where he expects to focus on the importance of Florida innovation.
