Charlie Crist leads Rick Scott 45% to 43% in first post-primary poll

Democrat Charlie Crist leads incumbent Republican Gov. Rick Scott 45 to 43 percent in the first post-primary polling released Friday.

Both Crist and Scott became the official nominees of their respective parties after Tuesday’s primaries.

The poll, conducted by WFLA News Channel 8,  reports that Libertarian Adrian Wyllie takes 4 percent of the vote.
