Charlie Crist may become part-time lecturer at Stetson law school

From Darby Dickerson, vice president and dean of Stetson University College of Law, released a statement late Tuesday about the possibility that Charlie Crist will teach at the Gulfport-based college.

“Today, Governor Crist shared with members of the media that he is interested in teaching at Stetson University College of Law. I am pleased to confirm that Stetson has been discussing the possibility of Governor Crist joining our faculty as a part-time Distinguished Professorial Lecturer. We hope to finalize and formally announce this arrangement in the near future. We look forward to working with Governor Crist, and are excited about the insights he can share with our students based on his service as Florida’s governor, attorney general, and education secretary.”
