City Council candidate Amy Foster endorsed by County Commissioner John Morroni

City Council District 8 candidate Amy Foster announced today that she has received the endorsement of popular County Commissioner John Morroni. Commissioner Morroni has served on the Pinellas County Commission since being elected in 2000. 

“Amy Foster has new energy and new ideas which will strengthen the St. Petersburg City Council,” said Morroni. “It is my pleasure to endorse Amy and I know she will work hard for our citizens.” 

“I feel honored by the strong support from Commissioner Morroni,” said Foster. “I admire his strong commitment to our community and his decades of public service. I look forward to collaborating with him to solve problems over the coming years.”

Amy Foster, who is of no relation to Mayor Bill Foster, is running for the seat which is being vacated by Jeff Danner, who is not seeking re-election due to term limits.
