Previously unopposed state Rep. Clay Ingram has attracted a Democratic challenger, according to the state Division of Elections website.
Pensacola businesswoman Gloria Robertson-Wiggins filed a campaign account on Wednesday to run against the Escambia County Republican in House District 1. Wiggins is CEO of Miss Glo’s Creole Sauce and executive producer of “A Peek around the Curtains,” a documentary about her mother, the late Marjorie Dorothy Robertson, as she battled with mental illness.
Earlier this week, Brandon Democrat Donna Lee Fore filed to run against first term Republican state Rep. Ross Spano in the Hillsborough County House District 59.
