David Gee re-elected as Hillsborough County Sheriff

David Gee has won re-election as Sheriff in Hillsborough County for another four years.

Gee won the office on Friday when the only other candidate in the race, Kevin S. Carrier, failed to qualify for the ballot.

Gee has served as Hillsborough Sheriff since 2004. A Republican, he’s often been discussed as a potential candidate for another political office, but has steadfastly declined any such entreaties.
