Fresh off its impressive wins in several state legislative primaries, The Florida Medical Association PAC (FMA PAC) today endorsed State Sen. Jeff Brandes in his bid for re-election to Florida Senate District 22.
“Senator Jeff Brandes has stood up for common sense legislation and for advancing innovation,” said Dr. Ralph Nobo, President of the FMA PAC. “The Florida Medical Association is pleased to support Senator Brandes’ re-election efforts and looks forward to working with him to improve Florida’s health care system.”
“As a member of the Health Policy Committee, innovating Florida’s health care system has been a priority to me,” stated Sen. Brandes. “The Florida Medical Association has been a great resource, and I am honored to have their endorsement. I look forward to continuing to work with them to set Florida apart on the cutting edge of health care.”
Florida’s Senate District 22 includes parts of Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.
Brandes is running against Democrat Judithanne McLauchlan.
