Florida Senate hires Arlene DiBenigno

Senate President Mike Haridopolos’ razor sharp staff just got a little sharper, with the hiring of tough-as-nails political operative Arlene DiBenigno, who will be handling minority (people or Democrats or, is that one in the same?) outreach.

I keep trying to make this point — one of the most significant differences between this Legislature and past ones is the caliber of the staff.
