Florida's Congressional Delegation needs to support additional funding for the F-35

Admittedly, most of my knowledge of military technology stems from childhood reading of GI Joe comic books. Or at least that is where interest was first piqued. Since that time, I have been fascinated the tanks and planes and helicopters which makes up the most advanced miliary in the world. Yes, I was that dork who actually read Jane’s Defense.

So yes I may not be as fully versed as others about the true capabilities of America’s military, but I also have spent the last year-and-a-half speaking with hundreds of leaders from dozens of countries in conjunction with the International Council. It’s because of the insights I have gained while speaking to so many of those brave patriots that I know that this country must do WHATEVER IT TAKES to maintain its military superiority.

And in few other fields is America as dominant as it is in advanced fighter technology. That is why, even in the face of the budget issues the country is facing, Congress should fully fund the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter appropriation.
