Putting Floridians First Because Security Begins at Home
What an Orwellian jumble of idea-by-committee sloganeering. Thematic horseshit like “…Because Security Begins at Home” must have been a by-product of knee-jerk, post-9/11 thinking entirely irrelevant in the current political and economic environment.
Sure, a website tagline may seem like small potatoes, but maybe it’s not. Maybe it says something about the Florida Democrats Party. Imagine the hundreds of transplants who move to Florida, look to get involved in state and local politics and click on the Florida Democrats website. A clumsy, clunky introduction like the one offered from this site doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.
Then again, considering the current state of Florida’s Democrats, maybe a clumsy, clunky introduction is apropos.
