Quarterly lobbyist compensation reports offer snapshots of a firm’s performance, not only in terms of who pays what to whom, but also in terms of its overall business direction and philosophy.
The Q3 report reveals that the 10-member lobby team at Floridian Partners is certainly hitting all its marks. This quarter, the firm reported compensation of as much as nearly $1.15 million – added to the $2,724,844 from the previous two quarters – to bring the firm’s total take in 2014 so far to an impressive $3.8 million.
The firm’s 58 legislative clients include some high profile interests such as Florida Cable Telecommunications Association and Las Vegas Sands, each compensated between $30,000 and $39,999 for legislative representation this quarter.
Likewise, for work before the executive branch, Floridian Partners biggest checks came from shared wireless infrastructure carrier Crown Castle USA for between $30,000 and $39,999; and from Flagstone Properties and St. Joe Company, for between $20,000 and $29,999 each. In total, represent 51 clients for executive work.
