So republicans email Governor Scott advising him that unless he makes on democrat happy in his four years as Governor…Well he will lose to the former republican Charlie Crist.

Do YOU realize the Division of Elections is not responsible for verifying if a candidate meets the 7 year continuous residency for a Governor, CFO or Attorney General. The Division of Elections said it is MY responsibility to research and file suit against William Rankin should he not have the full 7 years of living in Florida?

Also last year I questioned the strange math of several candidates on the required financial statement required to be a qualified candidate.

To my shock the Division of Elections said the Division of Elections is NOT ALLOWED BY STATE LAW TO LOOK OR REVIEW ANYTHING BETWEEN THE CORNERS OF THE REQUIRED FORM.

This is amazing how Florida’s Republicans have allowed Florida’s Election Laws to have become.

I still blame Charlie Crist because he has not given a plan to finally fix Florida’s Election Laws.

The use of computer filling has made it very difficult for lower level older candidates to comply with the excessive reporting just to have republicans be protected from challengers.

Enough is Enough Governor Scott YOUR days are getting shorter if YOU do not get the election laws and the Division of Elections being per the Florida Constitution: Preamble states: “guarantee equal civil and political rights for all.”

Well the Charlie Crist installed republican laws have to be changed IMMEDIATELY or I will work to have the Governor REPLACED , the Attorney General (for not looking into my complaints), and Jeff Atwater for not withholding money from the democrats or republicans for NOT allowing a challengers name to be placed on the party website. Mr. Atwater YOU collect from the Division of Elections the excessive party assessment fees, but both republican and democratic parties keep preventing challengers to get named on a party website….YOU are the one Mr. Atwater…sending the democrats MY fees which they in turn will use to keep a renegade like me off the ballot.

I have run as a republican for Governor for 2 months and the republicans would not even allow my name to be on the various websites.

This is proof that republicans are controlling who is placed on the ballot; then only republicans can be placed at the top of the ballot.

Voters YOU may want to mess with the republicans this one time if they DO NOT make elections on Nov 4 , 2014 fair…

Republicans should not be listed at the top of the ballot for all races.

Honorable Pam Bondi Please take action as soon as possible to prevent Charlie Crist from being easily elected ….because anyone reading my many posts on the topic of unfair and unconstitutional election laws in Florida will know I am determined to get someone in Tallahassee to fix the republican laws.

Obama in Washington don’t even assume that just because Charlie Crist became Governor on Nov. 4, 2014; that we are happy with democrats in Washington.

All democrats in Washington are as confused as those few republicans that will not allow a long term fix of the National Debt / debt ceiling etc. to be finally fixed.

Oh, both the democrats and republicans cut food stamp program so why should the foreign aide to Mid East Countries NOT be cut or eliminated NOW.

Finally Edward Snowden should become a candidate for President and I would vote for him.
