US Airlines will begin direct daily flights between Tallahassee and Washington, D.C., on March 25, the airline announced Tuesday.
One flight will leave Reagan National Airport daily at 2:15 p.m. and arrive at Tallahassee Regional Airport at 4:30 p.m., according to an airline spokeswoman. The return flight will leave at 5 p.m. with a scheduled arrival in Washington at 7:07 p.m.
The service will be operated by PSA Airlines, a subsidiary of US Airlines. The assigned aircraft is a twin-engine CRJ200, a 50-seat regional-service jet manufactured by Bombardier Aerospace of Canada.
