Not more than a few hours after announcing his decision to reject federal funding of a high-speed rail project between Orlando and Tampa, Governor Rick Scott ordered the closing of St. Petersburg’s Taco Bus, just two days after the popular new restaurant opened for business.

“As you know, I was elected to get Floridians back to work and to change the way people eat burritos and tacos in our state,” said Scott at the second hastily called press conference of the day.
