Gwen Graham raising funds in Tampa May 27

Congressional candidate Gwen Graham is holding a Tampa fundraiser on May 27 to support her bid for Florida’s 2nd Congressional District.

The event begins 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27 at Merlin Law Group, 777 S Harbour Island Blvd., Suite 950 in Tampa.

The Tallahassee Democrat is facing Republican incumbent U.S. Rep. Steve Southerland for the area covering Tallahassee through Panama City and the eastern part of the Florida Panhandle.

Hosting the event is a variety of prominent Tampa Bay area leaders, including Democrats U.S. Rep. Kathy Castor, former U.S. Rep. Jim Davis and Alex Sink, as well as Republican political strategist Greg Truax.

Special guest is Gwen’s father, former Democratic governor and Sen. Bob Graham.

Requested donations are $200 for guests, $1,000 to be a host.
