Iowans head to local caucuses tonight — across 1,774 precincts — to pick their candidates for president.

The caucuses begin at 8 pm ET with first results expected about a half hour later. Four years ago, Barack Obama’s victory in Iowa was declared by the television networks at about 9:25 pm ET.
