Has April Sheffield violated Florida's election laws for the fourth time?

Having paid the fine for the first time she violated Florida’s election laws, with two more complaints coming down the pike — along with tales of fleeing campaign managers and bouncing checks — it’s hard to imagine that April Sheffield still can’t get the disclaimer right on her campaign literature.  But this was the flier she was distributing today outside of churches in District 55.  The front side is fine, at least by a legal standard.

But the reverse side has the wrong disclaimer — again.

Just like the other three complaints, Sheffield fails to properly disclaim her campaign literature, this time abbreviating the word “Democrat.”

April, April, April, take it from the guy with $66K in fines, God is in the details!
