Have to wonder who is in charge of creative in George LeMieux’s as he tries to paint Harry Reid as ‘The Godfather’

Just received the latest email from George LeMieux and I have to wonder who the hell is in charge of creative in George LeMieux’s campaign.  There is the ongoing, mostly weird effort to define Adam Hasner as “masquerading.” And now there is this effort to paint Harry Reid as “The Godfather”; an effort which somehow leads to the tagline, “The jig is up.”

Huh?

The most-soft spoken man in politics (Reid) is suppose to evoke Marlon Brando? Or is Reid suppose to be Sen. Pat Geary?

Below is the email from LeMieux’s campaign.  You try to understand it.

Senate Godfather Harry Reid’s latest “job” is underway in Nevada, where he will be hosting a $10,000 a person party for Bill Nelson and other liberal family members. In exchange for campaign cash, Reid will ask Nelson for some favors that include supporting his aggressive left-wing operation.
Nelson has been a reliable Reid ally for years, spending taxpayer money and serving as a vote for ObamaCare, higher taxes, earmarks, and amnesty. It’s time to tell Obama, Reid and Nelson “the jig is up.” Click here to sign our petition today!

Fortunately, voters are paying attention now more than ever and we know that Bill Nelson’s re-election is truly an offer Floridians can and must refuse.
