House District 68 Republican hopeful Bill Young II added another $3,150 in fundraising between June 21 and July 4, putting him over $90,000 in his effort to unseat incumbent Democrat Rep. Dwight Dudley.
Young, son of the late U.S. Rep. C.W. Bill Young, is running for the seat covering much of eastern Pinellas County and parts of Pinellas Park and St. Petersburg. He raised $90,059 in total, spending nearly $39,000 to date, leaving him with $51,255 cash-on-hand.
Dudley raised $4,495 during the same two-week period, as well as $4,500 in-kind support from the Florida Democratic Party, to continue his lead in campaign cash with $119,020.
