He can kiss Tampa Bay good-bye this November: Obama Bracket Challenge misidentifies USF as University of San Francisco

in Uncategorized by

Someone call Eric Jotkoff or Steve Schale and please let them know that the Obama Bracket Challenge misidentifies USF as the University of San Francisco, not the University of South Florida.

Sure, USF has not exactly been a regular participant in March Madness, but that’s no reason to diss one of the anchor universities of the I-4 Corridor, which, the Obama Campaign will need to dominate if it wants to win Florida and its 29 electoral votes this November.

Then again, maybe if a college located near the Gulf of Mexico in West Central Florida wasn’t labeled the University of South Florida, we wouldn’t be having these problems.

Still, it’s the little things that matter, Team Obama. Better correct that slip-up before you lose any more USF Bull voters.

***Update – 6:42 p.m. – Just as soon as I was done writing this, the Obama Campaign reached out to let me know the glitch has been fixed.

***Update – 7:00 p.m. – Jack Tinker grabbed a screen-shot for us:
