Goliath Davis has been a slow working poison in the City administration for over two decades. He has always been above the rules, was pushed ahead through out his career by people who would use him as he was allowed to use and abuse others. With the blessing of two and now possibly three mayors he has decimated the police department, overseen pointless development in midtown wasted millions of dollars on projects such as the Manhattan casino which is still vacant and still the killing and stealing continues. Go knows exactly where he was, who he was with that night in December. This latest incident is just another example of pandering to the Go Davis myth. The turmoil in his City Enrichment Department is growing, more people are digging and there is more to find. Lets see what spin City Hall puts on this one. Foster and Elston need to step up, wipe the slate clean and send Goliath packing.
