In H-51, Dottie Reeder adds another 5K to her account

Dottie Reeder, so far the front-runner in House District 51 (although our faves Bruce Cotton or Janet Long could easily jump ahead), picked up another $5K for her campaign. That’s a lot less than the $18K she raised in the first quarter she was campaigning, but it was the holidays and all that. Still, Reeder could have landed a real body shot to her opponents with a big quarter and that did not happen. Reading through Reeder’s report, there are several expenditures to Direct Mail Systems, the highly respected operation of Rockie Pennington. With Cotton retaining our old friends at The Pond, this race will have the usual fireworks that come from a DMS vs. TMG battle.
