Vice President Joe Biden visits South Florida on the last Sunday of the gubernatorial campaign, to take up the banner once again for Charlie Crist at a pair of get-out-the-vote events in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale.
First, Crist will spend Sunday morning making the rounds at churches services throughout Palm Beach County, promoting Souls to the Polls, a program urging parishioners to cast early vote ballots after services.
Crist’s day begins at 9:15 a.m. at the Rebuilding Walls Christian Center, 3034 Avenue J in Riviera Beach, followed at 9:30 a.m. at the Engrafted Word Worship Center, 1233 45th St. in West Palm Beach.
At 10 a.m., Crist visits the Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, 801 8th St., also in West Palm Beach, before moving to Mt. Olive Baptist Church at 10:15 a.m., at 40 NW 4th Ave. in Delray Beach.
Sunday is the final day of early voting in a dozen Florida counties, including Bradford, Broward, Charlotte, Duval, Hillsborough, Miami-Dade, Orange, Palm Beach, Pinellas, Seminole, St. Lucie and Suwanee.
