Hillsborough County Commissioner Kevin Beckner raised over $11,000 last month in his bid for the Clerk of the Court position currently held by fellow Democrat Pat Frank.

Officially, Beckner brought in $11,460 in October. Those include $1,000 contributions from local philanthropist Frank Morsani and companies like Waste Management based in Coconut Creek, Florida. All told, he’s raised over $133,000.

Frank raised $5,849 in October, and has now raised over $90,000 in the contest ($90,169). Former Fox-13 consumer reporter Eric Seidel, the top Republican in the race, had not listed his October totals as of 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday. So far, he’s raised a  total of $47,233.

We’ll update this post when Seidel’s returns are submitted.
