On the heels of Connie Mack’s announcement that he’ll run for his father’s old U.S. Senate seat, another politician has announced a run for Mack’s current job.

Lee County commissioner Tammy Hall tells NBC2 she’ll run for Congress now that Mack is focused on current U.S. Senator Bill Nelson.

Hall will not have to give up her commission seat to run, since she’s in the middle of her current term.
