Just as the story is breaking about April Sheffield’s multiple issues before the Florida Election Commission, another story is developing. Evidently, the origin of Sheffield’s problems with her first website stem from the fact that she did not pay the designer who built the site. Saint Petersblog has obtained an e-mail from Nick Hinckley, the managing director of Realizing Media, LLC, which outlines how Sheffield stiffed his firm:
A few months ago, I was contracted by the April Sheffield campaign as a multimedia consultant. My staff provided the highest quality of service, and April walked on the bill… Now I hear that she is telling everyone that she “settled up” with my company.
